Ok, the day before yesterday, I went to VZ to get my number ported from Sprint because I thought I will get better reception with VZ, as they quoted "Largest Nationwide Network" blah blah blah
, but guess what......unfortunately, my call is kept breaking up
.......it just pissed me off. Therefore, the next day, I return the phone back to them. During the return process, I asked the VZ sales regarding ported my number back to Sprint, but they told me that my account was closed when the porting procedure is completed
. Which really pissed me off, because all my clients called me on that number.
Later, then I stopped by R.S., oh my god, I guess those ppl have no idea what the hell they are talking about. I asked them is it possible to port my number back to Sprint, and they told me "NO"
. They said that the easiest way is to get new line of activation, and I will receive a brand new phone at the same time. So I guess oh well, I really need a phone very bad, because I can't live without a cell phone. So I activate a new line. Guess what, it took forever for the R.S. guy to activate my phone........as I was waiting, I questioned the guy regarding the plan and contract, and I guess he can't quite answer it
. Which kinda the frustrating
. Plus I was in rush, therefore, I took the phone and take off.
As the day passed by, I still feel very unsafe. So I went to Sprint store, and the ppl there were very nice. This guy (Mr. M) help me out, and he said that I can ported my number back to Sprint, plus I would get new phone too(guess what the price is way cheaper than Radio Shack). 
I was like oh my god, someone just save my ass, because I didn't quite like number that R.S. provided me. Mr. M told me that ppl at R.S. had no idea on what they are talking about, all they care about is the commission that they will get for signing ppl up w/the service. Mr. M told me to cancel the other line and return the phone back to R.S., and he will take care of everything for me. Such a nice guy.....RIGHT
? So now, I got the same number back, plus a new phone. This really makes my day feel GOOD...........
Last but not least, enough of complaint...I returned the phone back to R.S., and guess what happened.....The guy at the R.S. told me that I'm missing some welcome CD that came with the phone. So I thought may be I have missed placed it some where, but guess what...there was no CD that came with the phone. F*&ker.....took me sometime to search through my car for that stupid welcome CD.
Final remark, DO NOT go to R.S. for cell phone, because they have no clue on what they are talking about. Plus they will tell you that you can't cancel the phone once the phone is activated. What a f*&king lier.......................Pardon my language guys......
. But too bad, kiss ass is not one of my speciality
. I guess that is enough complaints for now. Enough is enough, Please someone help me out looking for job opportunities out there.....
