  • Hello everyone,

It's been so long since my last post.  Things are going ok for me, just travel like crazy these days.  Just came back from Paris and London, ate so much and spent so much as well.  I'm broke now, can anyone lend me some spare changes .  These days traveling to Europe is EXPENSIVE as hell, for god sack, US Dollars don't worth jack sh*t any more.  The conversion rate is so horrible, it's like 2 USD to 1 GBP, sucks.  Oh well, but I did have a great time out there.  Now is time to plan for my next trip, I have few places in mind...South Africa (oh yeah, Diamonds....), Sydney Australia, and Rome.  There are so many other places that I would like to visit as well, goodness, too many to counts.  Can anyone give me some suggestions on where I should visit next?  Let see if I can visit the whole Europe by end of this year.  Ok, this will be one of the goal in the 43 things to do.  How is everyone doing so far?  Hopefully things are going well for everyone.  Take it easy, talk to you all later.  Cheers.....

  • Hello everyone,

Here is a great article to read for Friday, it will crack you up so bad.  Pay close attention, especially towards the bottom of the article.......hint:  3 quotes.   LOL.  ENJOY!!!!!!

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/6161691.stm

  • It's been a long long long time, since my last entry.  WORK IS SOUL BORING, CAN SOMEONE ENTERTAIN ME.  Crap, I'm turning into JY (Gaybear).  Yeah...finally after a long haul, I got a new role as an Integration Lead which will be managing a bunch of Project Managers .  Wish me LUCK folks!!!

  • It's been a long time since my last update.  Nothing too exciting or challenging at work.  Need to find a new job, can someone hook me up =) I would really appreciate.  Wish everyone a good day.

  • Home sweet Home!!!  Yeah, no more India for the time been.

  • Di da di da di da.........time is clicking.  Yeahhhhhhhhh......Only 19 more days before I get the hell out of India back to US.

As most of you already know, there was a devastitating earthquake struck India and Pakistan last Saturday.  Just want to let all of my friends know that I am fine, so don't worry, since the location I am staying at are still quite far from where the incident happened.    Thank You for those of you that call my sister and checking to make sure that I'm OK.  Wow, I really have some REAL FRIENDS that really care about me......actually this is coming from MR. Gay Bear, you are so nice........Don't know what I'm gonna do without you.  LOL......man, I sound so gay, must be the influence from him.

Alright, can't spend too much time on this, need to get back to work.  Later!!!

    AGAIN.  I AM OK.

  • Wow, another week has passed by (2 weeks gone by quickly, can't wait to go home.  LOL.....may be I'm dreaming, because it is still 6 more weeks to go.)  I think everyone probably wondering hows my life in India. Put it this way, I am just doing FINE, thanks for caring.

This whole week, the weather wasn't nice at all.  Rain like 50% of the time.  In U.S., I can care less if it rain, but here, OMG, it's like a disaster.  Below are the reasons:

    • Sewage system is terrible here, the streets flooded after the rain.  So for me, I can only wish that my cab does not stall in the middle of the flooded street, either on the way to work or on the way back to hotel.

      • This is what happen if your car stalled in the middle of nasty water (again, to reiterate, this flooded water is mixed with cow/dog/donkey waste and other ingredient you can think of):

    • This part I feel kinda bad, because take a look, kids are playing with dirty water.

Here are some other interesting facts I found this week:

    • Take a look at this picture and tell me what this guy is doing......?????

    • What is the little building on the side street??

    • Imagine lots of sheeps on the sidewalk......

    • This again, another that is try to show the the bus "WHOSE THE BOSS ON THE STREET".......lol

    • I think this phrase is for cows........"Please Moooooo and Keep Distance so I don't hit you"........LOL

Let me know if anyone can guess what are the first 2 pictures!!!

Again, to my fellow friends (who think that I will smell like Indu A 3), to REITERATE this, I will not be a Indu A 3, LOL, b/c do not eat a lot of curry......

    Anyway, talk to everyone later.........

  • Hello all,

It's been so long that I posted something in Xanga, here are some of the exciting stuffs that I found in India.  This is only my 3rd days here.  Sorry it might be a little lengthy......

Day 1 (September 4):  Arrive airport around 12:30 in the morning.

Man, here are things that I DON'T like as I walk out of the airport:

    1. Guess what......this place SMELLS like CRAP.  You really can't imagine how bad it smells like.  On top of that it's full of ppl.

    2. There is like ppl pretend to help you out and close the door for you, then here is comes......for doing nothing, those ppl as you for TIPS.  LOL, my collegue and I just pretend we don't understand what they are talking about.  (Hint:  They speak English, NOT Hindi).

    3. On the way to hotel, there are like a group of ppl setting up something like a Bun Fire (Sorry, I'm a FOB, not sure did I spell right or not).  Setting bun fire is cool, but they F*ing (excuse the language) setting it right in front of a freaking gas station, yes you didn't read it wrong, it's GAS STATION, my collegue and I was like, WTF.

Here are things I DO like, LOL..........

    1. Woohoo, hotel staff send someone to pick us up in the airport, hahaha, it's a BENZ.

    2. Once arrives at the hotel, staffs are welcome us and give us like flower necklace.  I was like WAHHH, I feel like a KING.  They basically help me carry all my luggages to the hotel.  This is not even a joke, the service is just AWESOME.....

To conclude 1st day, I basically do nothing beside staying in the hotel and wasting my whole Sunday.  Isn't this lovely.

Pics of Hotel and my room:

    My room

Day 2/3 (September 5/6):  Woohoo, 1st and 2nd day of work.

Here are things I saw and experienced on the way to and at work:

    1. Ppl here drives like MANIAC, this is not even funny, a freaking 2 lane street and actually became a 6 lane street.  It's bumper to bumper, on top of that the gap between car to car/motocycle/people is like 15 cm apart, this is ain't even funny.  .......

    2. On top of bad traffic, the road is NOT just for cars and scooters.  It is a combination of bicycle, tricycle, cars, scooters, people, cows, pigs, and dunkeys.

      • This is a picture that I took inside my office.  Notice the cows in the pics.

    3. I was like no wonder such a short distance from hotel to work can take up to an hour of commute time.

    4. Besides, seeing animals crossing streets like there is no others, I saw people just taking piss on the side of the street.  I guess if they can't hold it till they get to a washroom, they just let it out.......somehow, it's disgusting.

    5. Because of the place is so condense, ppl who commute thru BUS don't even have a chance to find a spot to stand inside the bus, ALL SPOTS ARE TAKEN, both STANDING and SITTING.  We all know that when there is no room in the bus, then wait for the next one.  Guess what, when the bus is not stopping, ppl just chase the bus and jump onto the bus and hang on to the pole right outside the bus with their hand or body sticking outside the bus. Don't know what these ppl are thinking  .

    6. The worse thing on top of jumping onto the bus, ppl also jump out of the bus while bus is still moving, the best part is that the traffics are still moving with cars driving back and forth, this part freaks me out so bad.

    7. Some ppl are living in a shelters right off the street that is build with hay and some plastic cover.  This is something that I'm not quite pleased with.  Sad....

    8. Ppl here are nice, but please use DEODORANT, it smells so BAD.  It's not those curry smell, but body scent.

OK, above I have cover quite a few point about the place.  Now is the weather, it is o hot and humid out here, and people still wear long sleeves and riding either bicycle or scooters to work, NO WONDER their body scent is so strong..

As far as for food, my dear friends, don't worry that I will smell like curry.  This is the first question, that most of you (especially my close friends) think that for the time I'm in India I would smell like curry when I go back.  Don't worry folks besides curry, they have a lot of other great food that are not curry related.  .  On top of this, Indian curry are good to be honest with you.

OK, this what I have so far.  Will post more later.  Have a good night everyone......

    (Isn't this sweet ).

  • Hello all, Jokes of the day.  Enjoy.........Wish everyone have a nice weekend.
